Just about a square mile in size with no shops or downtown, Belvedere is a natural paradise offering its dwellers peaceful respite from the bustle of urban life. It's an incorporated city, and a tight-knit one at that. Spanning two islands connected by causeway, Belvedere Island and Corinthian Island, many of the homes here were designed by acclaimed architects, and are located either on dramatic hillsides, in the flats along Belvedere Lagoon, or on the shores of San Francisco Bay. Residents are often found gathering at the town’s newly renovated park, at tony fundraisers, or launching boats from the docks of the local yacht club. All the amenities of neighboring Tiburon are just a rock's skip away.
