Featuring Denise Kelly, David Blackburn, and Mary Wyatt's listing at 429 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg and Nestor Noyola and Tania Arias' listing at 111 East 10th Street, East Village:

Williamsburg Condo • $1,725,000• BROOKLYN • 429 Kent Avenue, No. 612

A two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, 1,340-square-foot apartment, with large south-facing windows, an open kitchen with Liebherr and Smeg appliances, a washer and dryer, and customized upgrades that include lighting fixtures, electronic blinds and distressed wood, in a full service elevator building. Denise Kelly, 917-697-5348, David Blackburn, 917-301-9900, Mary Wyatt, 917-528-1796, Corcoran; corcoran.com

COMMON CHARGES $1,056 a month; taxes $943 a month, abated through mid-2033

PROS The bedrooms are large and each has four closets; there are two additional closets and a storage locker in the basement. The apartment has had only one owner since the building was completed in 2015 and its condition is pristine. There are an extensive array of building amenities, including an indoor pool and a rooftop wading pool, a children’s playroom with a bouncy house, a courtyard and parking garage.

CONS Though filled with natural light, the apartment has no view to speak of — it looks out at the building across the street. Some custom upgrades, like the built-in entertainment wall in the living room, may not appeal to all buyers. The South Williamsburg ferry landing is very close, but the J, M and Z subway lines at Marcy Avenue are about a nine-minute walk.

East Village Co-op • $1,480,000 • MANHATTAN • 111 East 10th Street, No. 6

A one-bedroom, two-bath, duplex apartment, with a washer/dryer in the rear of a 19th-century townhouse, with access to a shared garden. Tania Arias, 917-886-9195, and Nestor Noyola, 347-962-9114, Corcoran; corcoran.com

MAINTENANCE $1,246 a month

PROS The first floor has a renovated kitchen, bathroom and dining area and overlooks the shared landscaped garden. The upper level gets ample light from large windows and tall ceilings and could be reconfigured in a number of ways. The space is quiet and pets are allowed.

CONS The current bedroom is narrow, with space for clothing racks but no closet. Some may find the staircase or access to an upstairs loft space challenging.
