PROS The bedrooms are large and each has four closets; there are two additional closets and a storage locker in the basement. The apartment has had only one owner since the building was completed in 2015 and its condition is pristine. There are an extensive array of building amenities, including an indoor pool and a rooftop wading pool, a children’s playroom with a bouncy house, a courtyard and parking garage.
CONS Though filled with natural light, the apartment has no view to speak of — it looks out at the building across the street. Some custom upgrades, like the built-in entertainment wall in the living room, may not appeal to all buyers. The South Williamsburg ferry landing is very close, but the J, M and Z subway lines at Marcy Avenue are about a nine-minute walk.

PROS The first floor has a renovated kitchen, bathroom and dining area and overlooks the shared landscaped garden. The upper level gets ample light from large windows and tall ceilings and could be reconfigured in a number of ways. The space is quiet and pets are allowed.
CONS The current bedroom is narrow, with space for clothing racks but no closet. Some may find the staircase or access to an upstairs loft space challenging.
