Adam is knowledgeable, creative, and a great negotiator. My mother flooded her apartment, requiring extensive mitigation which included taking up floors and removing bottom two feet of Sheetrock. Adam found a buyer (wonderful couple with vision) to purchase the apartment “as is” without listing the apartment, which I consider to be a miracle. As a result, my mom is provided for and has no worries. Cannot praise him highly enough, and call him my “steely eyed rocket man,” (see movie “Apollo 13). I’m an attorney with 30 plus years negotiating experience, and he is the real deal. You cannot do better in selecting a realtor.

I was hesitating and skeptical about using a realtor, but I could not have rented my apartment without Adam’s expertise. I had tried renting my apartment myself for weeks, organized several open houses and apartment showings and although I had many interested tenants, nothing materialized. Within a 2 weeks of working with Adam I had a signed lease from a respectful, qualified and lovely tenant. I work full time as a nurse so my bandwidth is limited, and I barely had to do anything. Adam spent a lot of time explaining everything to me, came to my apartment and took amazing photos and a video for our listing, coordinated with interested tenants, took care of getting background info/credit checks and vetting prospective tenants, and took care of the lease preparation and communication with my condo board.
