Adam is knowledgeable, creative, and a great negotiator. My mother flooded her apartment, requiring extensive mitigation which included taking up floors and removing bottom two feet of Sheetrock. Adam found a buyer (wonderful couple with vision) to purchase the apartment “as is” without listing the apartment, which I consider to be a miracle. As a result, my mom is provided for and has no worries. Cannot praise him highly enough, and call him my “steely eyed rocket man,” (see movie “Apollo 13).
