I first worked with Alyssa to purchase my condo in 2014. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free for a first-time home buyer. She was always approachable, responsive, and available to answer any questions I had. When our family decided to move, I reached out to Alyssa again to purchase a new home and sell our condo. Throughout the home buying process, she provided us with valuable information about the history of the house and about the neighborhoods we were considering. She was patient and supportive during property viewings, and she helped us negotiate a fair price for our new home. I was fortunate to be referred to Alyssa when I was pursuing a condo upgrade and to have her representation on both the purchase and sale of my condominium units. Alyssa Cannon worked with me helping find a condo for my daughter to live in. Since I am out of state, she had researched what was available and scheduled showings over 3 days. Once we found the right one, she helped me get a fast closing and I utilized her network of contacts for an electrician, painters and movers for my daughter. She went above and beyond to be at the condo for the trades(post closing) while my daughter was working. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Alyssa.

My husband and I met Alyssa Cannon a few years ago when we saw her at an open house. We were very impressed with her and kept in touch for over three years. When we got serious about find a new place we called her. She was so patient with and guided us through the whole process. We looked at many, many places before she helped us find the perfect one for us. Alyssa was absolutely terrific in the negotiations for the purchase of our new place. But, she really shined when it came to selling our old house. The negotiation process was quite difficult and was made worse as we were out of the country during most of the negotiation time.
