I am happy to have the opportunity to write about my experience(s) with Clintina. She was recommended to me a few years ago and with her easy-going and dedicated assistance, my home sold to the first looker at the price that I was asking! I have since moved out of state, but still owned a rental in Humboldt county that she has once again helped me sell at asking price to the first bidder...it just closed the other day. She represented both of us and was very fair and ethical throughout the process. So, needless to say, I highly recommend her. She is immediately responsive to any communications, explains things clearly, and seems to have a good working relationship with other officials involved in the real estate business. Clintina did an excellent job! There were a lot of things we liked and did not like about the first houses she showed us, and she was able to discern all of it into our dream home. Then, when the finance company decided to do a switchover and nearly ruined everything, it was Clintina who put in writing what they weren’t willing to. She will go to bat for you, and you will be happy.

Clintina was great!! Purchasing a home can be so stressful with a million questions. Everytime I called her with a question she was quick to respond. If she didn't have an answer she would find out. I knew I could trust her to give me good advice. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and cared about us as a family. Not just a client. Thank you Clintina we love our home!!
