We met Craig Brown at an open house where he was helping out a colleague. We chatted, found Craig to be relaxed, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and when we decided to get serious with our search, reached out to him. He was easy to work with, and a good listener, and applied no pressure. When we found a place we really liked, Craig gave us good advice about how to put together our offer. We wanted to move quickly, and with Craig's input about the neighborhood and comparable properties, we didn't need to negotiate - our first offer was accepted over several others. Craig guided us through the inspection and closing process, which went remarkably smoothly. Craig made himself available at all hours to fit our busy schedules and stayed on top of communications between multiple parties to keep things moving. After closing, Craig stayed involved and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

Craig provided us the most excellent home buying experience, as a first time homebuyers, we are struggling to understand the process, he is very efficient and patient. He is willing to go above and beyond, despite of the distance and weather and Pittsburg, Craig would drive up there just to be with us during the viewing and inspection and even for the signing of contract. He is always in touch would even send me emails in the middle of the night just to give us an update which is I find really amazing.

Craig is friendly and helpful. That's what it takes. He goes out of his way to make sure he did his best.
