There are no words to express the time, care, and consideration Daniel Konuch gave us. This was our first time selling a home and Daniel walked us through each step giving us detailed instructions and an explanation of each step. Dan truly went above and beyond for us when we were buying our first home! We purchased a new build and were relatively new to the area. Dan took us around to multiple neighborhoods and helped us get a sense for which would be best for us. When we were in the midst of construction, Dan let us see our new home as many times as we wanted and we got to see our custom finishes come to life! Dan even visited our home during a crazy thunderstorm and pulled in our brand new couch into the garage to make sure it wouldn't get soaked. I would highly recommend Dan to represent you as a first time home buyer!
