Just let me say WOW. Yes: patience, promptness, and pleasant demeanor were all present. Accessibility and gracious interaction with all parties, all contractors, also consistently present. But, having now purchased 8 houses in the last 45 years, what really impressed was the education received. Details- important details- about timing, staging, pricing, strategies, critiquing offers and avoiding pitfalls. While I enjoyed the learning process immensely, the real payoff was the sale itself: multiple offers greater than the listed price, and a walk through those offers to pick not the highest bid, but the best bid- one that settled within 30 days of our open house. This was accomplished despite disappointing- sometimes obstructionist- service from our condo Management Company. My somewhat demanding husband summed up our experience in his own way "Donna is by far the best real estate agent we have ever encountered."

I'm a cheapskate and would be the first to try to figure out a way to keep that fee you received on the sale. But I use Realtors because the good ones really earn their commission and add value to the transaction in ways that more than pay for their involvement. You did that for us. Thanks again.
