I have been involved in real estate for over 40 years, both residential and commercial. I found working with Dudley pleasant, easy and enjoyable. His meticulous and caring approach would be excellent for both first time buyers as well as seasoned customers. As first time homebuyers, Dudley Clark was a tremendous asset to us. He was very patient in showing us dozens of properties, and he answered all of our questions patiently and respectfully. In our first few tours, he went out of his way to help us understand the Denver and greater Denver neighborhoods in order to help us get a sense of what was available in and just outside of our price range. Dudley recommended properties for us to view but also gave us space to indicate which properties interested us as well.
