We met Beth through a referral from a friend who had worked with her on all of his multifamily investments. There are no words that can do the work that Beth did justice throughout our home purchase. This purchase was my partner and I's our first investment property and my first home purchase all together, so there was relatively no experience or knowledge of the process. Erin is an authority on Lambertville real estate. She helped us get our house ready to list for sale, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in discussing how to price the house, and also how to stage it. She has probably sold more houses in Lambertville than any other realtor the past few years, and we received a full price offer within a few days of listing it! Erin also helped navigate closing, including home inspections and fire inspections, and when an issue arose, she was able to resolve it quickly so that we could get still close on time.
