We initially began working with Felicia while trying to find a townhouse for rent in Old Town. She was wonderful in getting to know us and our preferences for places right away and created a customized list of homes that met our search criteria. She scheduled showings very promptly, always within a day or two of us requesting to see a place. She also offered invaluable advice about rentals in the area and assisted us in submitting competitive applications. Unfortunately the rental market proved to be challenging and after touring and submitting applications for more than 10 rental places we decided to look into buying a home instead. Felicia was extremely informative and knowledgeable about home buying and served as an amazing resource for us as first time homebuyers. She is knowledgeable about homes in this area and was able to use her expertise to guide the process along smoothly. We found a house we liked and Felicia guided us through the process to submit an offer. Felicia Cook made our experience renting a home much easier than it would have been otherwise. She handled our many emails, several "must haves", and a low winter/holiday inventory to help find a nice quiet home. Felicia was available to set up tours and was incredibly helpful in communicating with listing agents.
