We had been renting in Arlington for about a year and due to circumstances out of our control were put in a position where we had to find a new rental or rip off the bandaid and buy a house - all within 45 days!  Francesca was referred to us from a friend and she was the perfect solution we needed!  We were looking for a house in December - not ideal timing - and had about a month to get it done - Francesca made the process easy and helped us close on a house right after the New Year - again not ideal timing and she made it happen!  She was not only professional but so fun and easy to work with.  Given her background she helped us newcomers to NOVA navigate the area and give insight into what would work best for our family. The best part...even though we moved into the house in January she's still helping us!  From referring landscapers contractors cleaning service she's quick to respond and to help us!  Not that I want to move again but if we need to she'll be hearing from us!

Our family moved to Northern Virginia all the way from Seattle WA. We were unsure of what would be the right fit. Francesca Keith was key in helping us find our niche. She was very patient as it took us over a year's time. We met her during Thanksgiving 2016 and she left a lasting impression. She was willing to quickly show us a rental home on Thanksgiving evening (she even brought along her beautiful kids) and then again the next evening!  We didn't rent the home  but we were able to center in on the neighborhood we wanted and secured her services a year later when we were ready to buy the right home for us. She's pleasant knowledgeable and has a large network of resources in various expertise a wealth of information especially for folks unfamiliar with Northern Virginia.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Francesca. I met Francesca at an open house she was hosting and I immediately felt comfortable with her knowledge and expertise. I could have very easily came back with another realtor but my instincts were spot on with Francesca. She is trustworthy and will work extremely hard for you what ever your needs my be as far as buying or renting. We bought a beautiful home and I can't thank Francesca enough for always answering my questions no matter how silly I thought they were she didn't. Francesca is very responsive and very knowledgeable. Buying a house can be very nerve racking at times but Francesca made me feel at ease and never pressured me to make a decision. Any future buyer or renter would be lucky to have Francesca working for them.

Francesca was extremely helpful during the hectic housing market of Covid 19 early 2022.  Through FaceTime we had daily house walkthroughs to find my new place as I was in another state and houses were flying off the market within a day.  After 6 offers and may walkthrough I found a townhouse to call home.  She also introduced various local contractors so that I could address needed updating and remodeling of the property.  A great realtor during unusual times.

As first time home buyers the process seemed daunting at the outset.  Francesca was great at walking us through the process and understanding what was most important when looking at listings putting together offers and all of the other pre-closing to-do's.  She even provided guidance and resources for renovation work we wanted to do before move-in and spearheaded meetings with contractors at the house.  All in all a great experience and we would definitely use Francesca again!

I felt very comfortable with Francesca she is very knowledgeable and made my home buying experience very smooth. i highly recommend her to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.

I have not yet made the decision on which home to purchase but Francesca is fantastic. She is sending me new listings in my desired locations on a daily basis. Francesca is expert in her knowledge of the Northern Virginia area. She has made introductions to lenders and  surrounds herself with professionals who are as kind and passionate as she is. I know I am in good hands and with her guidance and expertise I will make the right decision and find the perfect home.

I met Francesa at an open house after desperately looking to buy a house for the past one year.  Well in fact over a year. I made 4 offers over this past year and a half but because I used to work with a real estate agent which was not a negotiator or a" deal maker" as a result we missed those 4 opportunities. Looking for a house can be a very time-consuming exercise definitely trustworthy person who does have the capacity to understand your needs and what you are looking for. Francesca inherited my listing after another agent had my listing for 3+ months with no offers and poor feedback from the few people that did come through. Boy did Francesca turn that around! As soon as she became my new agent she was a breath of fresh air with new ideas enthusiasm positivity and advice. I took her advice to stage the property and it looked amazing! Last fall we made the decision to sell our home and subsequently contacted Avery-Hess Realtors. In the months prior to putting our home on the market their team spent time assessing what was necessary to best showcase our home facilitated all the various vendors and contractors needed to accomplish this and followed up constantly to ensure all was satisfactory to us. They took the time to answer all our questions provided accurate data to assess the best possible price for us gave us a well thought through marketing plan then negotiated and brought us a full price contract with a well qualified buyer from another agency and we sold our house within 24 hours. The follow up and communication on all details from contract to closing was great and alleviated all our concerns about meeting a short settlement. We can't thank them enough for making this as stress free as possible during this transition in our life.

Francesca was flexible and honest with us through the whole buying process! As first time homebuyers she put us at ease. We're so lucky to have had her on our side!
