She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. I have never worked with anyone more responsive. We texted and chatted nearly daily. She made us feel like we were her only priority and we know she is a sought after agent… I don’t know how she does it! Holly was great to work with. She was exceedingly professional and detailed. She helped arrange all the inspections in advance to further assist with the sales process. On our initial meeting, the market was hot and Holly gave us an estimated sales price. Two months later, the market continued to move and she updated her price point, recommended an initial list price and a strategy for several market conditions.
