Irine was outstanding! This was my first sale and it was complicated by the fact that I was not present around the time of my sale and I was in a different time zone. She talked me through all the risks and benefits associated with each of the options I faced as we went through the process, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She made me feel as if my sale were as important to her as it was to me. I also believe she was not only concerned that I got the best deal, but that the buyers were satisfied, too (which was important to me). Her level of communication was perfect. I always knew what was going on but she didn't overdo it. The timing of the sale (and some other issues) made it challenging to navigate, but Irine is great at what she does, gave me great advice, and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about (and I didn't worry, which is a testament to Irine's real estate acumen, because I'm a very anxious person). My only regret is that I never got to meet Irine in person and thank her for taking a very stressful situation for me and turning into a celebratory one! My partner and I own a co-op apartment in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. We had made a move from the city for a job opportunity. Initially Irine was retained as an agent to find a tenant for our apartment. She found two consecutive tenants which were excellent. Given that the apartment is a coop we were only allowed to rent for 4 years, the total time both tenants lived there. We decided to sell. During both the rental and the list to sell periods she was very responsive to our requests she screened the candidates very thoroughly. she is very capable and professional. We have recommended her in the past and without hesitation will continue to recommend her.

Irine was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout our year and a half long home search. She went to every open house with us and always provided useful insights and asked the questions we wouldn't think to ask. It was very important for her that we found the right home, one that we loved and would work for our family. When we finally found our dream home she was with us every step of the way, from negotiating the price to answering mortgage related questions, to the final walkthrough and closing.
