Last month, in August 2024, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Nina while searching for rental apartments in Manhattan. Joe was phenomenal every step of the way - I would give him 10 stars if I could. We needed help in finding a new tenant to take over our lease on short notice and Joe worked diligently to find candidates and show the apartment. Our management company was NOT easy to work with, yet Joe remained focused under pressure and never stopped advocating and solving problems on our behalf. He was persistent and constantly kept us in the loop throughout the process. He was truly available to us 24/7 and we can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work. Joe is the kind of guy you want in your corner!

Speed is the name of the game in this business. Joey is fast to respond, on top of things, and went above and beyond to get our apartment sublease done in record time.

He was extremely helpful with coordinating and I am so appreciative for all that he did to facilitate my moving process from tours to signing leases. He even was able to coordinate with buildings he’s never shown before very easily because I wanted to check out some other apartments. I am so grateful for Joey and Lana for all they did!!
