I think Corcoran has a prestige associated with it that I really like, especially for the over million dollar properties. The signs are really quality and appealing and set the tone for the quality you want to find in a higher end home, Our experience with Joshua Cook was very mediocre though. He was responsive in the very beginning when he first wanted our listing, then progressively become almost none existent and difficult to reach because of trainings that lasted hours and took priority over our phone calls, and even interfered with our ability to contact him at all during the closing of our escrow. A simple call on the day escrow was closing saying he wouldn't be able to answer any phone calls would have at least alleviated our worries. We thought it was falling out of escrow and couldn't get a hold of him. I called his office, and his partner to try to find out what was going on. When our escrow finally did close we never heard from him. No "thank you for your business" , (he made a HUGE commission off of the sale of $1,220,000.00 house and not a peep from him. I've never seen anything like it. My mom has been in real estate for 60 years and I had my license for 12 years ...

Josh did the original comparative appraisal after her death, and was available over the next 7 months to answer questions that came up and offer advise He always responded immediately, was always pleasant, and was knowledgable with years of experience to draw from.
