My Bank Had foreclosed on the builders/borrowers of a 9 Unit new construction for sale condo building in Hoboken. When the bank got the project back as real estate owned I hired Kate to sell the units. Kate not only sold all the units but assisted me in dealing with the buyers, the city of Hoboken and the State of NJ. Kate had also assisted me in hiring a local contractor to deal with the punch list items for buyers.
