Kelly did an amazing job as my realtor on both the buyer's and seller's side. I met her when I was just toying with the idea of putting my house on the market and downsizing to a condo. She immediately sent me comps on my house and started sending me listings of condos to go see. After a few weeks, I asked her to tell me what to do to get my house ready to be shown. She did, and later that day she told me she had someone who might be interested in seeing it. Long story short, I got an offer the next day, and 3 days later I made an offer on a condo! Being in service industry, I could tell about the person almost instantly and I immediately fell in love how she does her business. No pressure but very attentive to my needs and requests. Everything about the entire process was smooth like a butter and I already recommended her to few of my colleagues and friends. Besides being wildly competent at her job, she is also a great smart, knowledgeable and insightful person who is a pleasure to be around. Kelly knows her stuff!!! She checks all the boxes.
