My husband and I were looking for a pied d’terre in Manhattan, but didn't know which neighborhood would be the best fit for us. We met with several realtors, but no one appeared interested in helping us, presumably due to our indecision as to our preferred neighborhood. Then we met Kim. She gave us a virtual tour on her bicycle! It was a one-of-a-kind experience from start to finish.
