We found Kim while moving to Colorado 3 years ago as we were moving cross country and trying to find an apartment. She did a great job when we only had one weekend to find a place to live, so the transition to have Kim as our home realtor made sense. This was our first time buying a home so my expectations I needed was someone who had knowledge in the neighborhoods, teach me about the marketplace and trends, and guide me through the process from lenders selection, inspections, etc. to all the paperwork. Kim is very knowledgeable and gave us the best inspectors, lenders, and worked very hard working with other parties to make sure there was follow and pull through. Kim is very professional, approachable, and kind. I highly recommend her as a realtor for a home or even trying to find an apartment! We feel lucky to have found her.

The housing market is on fire unless you happen to be selling a place downtown. We did not achieve the price we desired--not close actually which was nobody's fault. To blame is closed office buildings and social unrest in the downtown area. I could literally go on forever about Kim. If I were a teacher, I would be a tough grader so excellent across the board is a big deal from me. In some areas she is off the chart. Trustworthy is everything in your business. Kim's word is gold and her follow through is incredibly dependable. This was a stressful sale since we had already bought another place and she managed me through the entire process in the best way possible.
