I really like working with Kim on this journey to downsize my living situation by selling my current home and purchasing one that will be reasonable for me to take care of as I cope with being a senior citizen with no close relatives. The journey has just begun, but I feel she has a good understanding of my needs and helpful in advising me in the process.

As a home inspector I have had several chances to work with Kimberly. She is serious about protecting her clients interests and always asks us for thorough and complete assessments of the homes we inspect. She wants her clients to be informed and educated. At the same time Kimberly is full of cheer and laughter. She loves hunting for the right homes for the families she helps and finds joy in helping them in their home buying journey.

Where do we start? We really can’t put into words what an awesome first-time home buying experience this was for us. I write this review on behalf of my spouse and I, as we both mutually feel the same amount of gratitude. We had been casually going to open houses on our own for a few months but quickly realized we needed the help of a skilled Realtor to be able to ask important questions and view more homes that matched our needs. We had hoped to find someone who could see eye-to-eye with us on our vision for our first home. Luckily, as soon as we knew we needed a Realtor we ran into Kimberly! I had met her previously when she had shown us the rental we were currently still living in, and even during the rental process she was wonderful. Everything just happened so smoothly from the get-go with ‘bringing her on’ as our Realtor. We wasted no time, and Kimberly was awesome enough to start showing us houses that same weekend (4 houses in one weekend) to be exact! Kimberley Keisling is a delight to work with. If everyone had her people skills the world would be a nicer place to live in.
