Kyle is personable, attentive, and determined to get you in the right home! When Kyle and I connected my boyfriend and I were looking at rental apartments with a very relaxed moving deadline. We wanted it to be the right first place together and Kyle completely understood. However, we needed to act fast when applying since the area we were looking at was in high demand, with the added challenge that we needed a co-signer since we were new renters. During a duration of strike outs, (and not wanting to feel like a bother to him) for bit, we decided to give the apartment hunting a rest…but not Kyle. When not hearing from us for some time, he followed up with us and told us not to get discouraged and that we we’re absolutely not a bother —we WILL find your new home. Sure enough, one day a brand new listing comes out on a Friday night and the next day, first thing in the morning, Kyle is taking us to see it.
