Lana Kromsova helped me sell my apartment in Manhattan.  Thanks to her the process turned out to be very smooth and a positive experience, even though I was abroad during the whole process.  She took care of everything - managing, staging and marketing my apartment, taking beautiful photos of it, helping me in my contacts from abroad with my lawyer, a tax accountant, the building management, the buyer, the buyer’s lawyer, etc.   I had the feeling that I was in very competent hands.    Lana gave me valuable advice on all the issues in connection with the sale and got me a very good price, much more than I had hoped for!  She also helped me obtain all the documents required for the sale and even to sell part of my furniture which the buyer did not want to take over.   Therefore, I did not have to travel to New York.   Lana is a pleasure to deal with, an excellent communicator with a good sense of humor, very friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always very professional.  She was working long hours to accelerate the process and to make sure that everything went well.   I recommend her highly.
