I'm writing to share my wonderful experience working with one of your team members, Levi Epstein. I've been searching for an apartment for myself and my kids in the Prospect Park vicinity for months. As I'm sure you're aware, there's no shortage of overpriced and frankly depressing apartments to be seen, and I've generally found the brokers who showed them to be impatient and brusk at best and rude and unresponsive at worst. Since I've been in NYC for over twenty years, this wasn't a surprise. But while currently going through a divorce and searching for a new home for myself and my kids, rude and unhelpful brokers makes an already painful process much worse. I share this background to illustrate what an incredible breath of fresh air working with Levi was. I texted him about a listing on St Johns Place on Wed Feb 15 around 10:45am. He responded within 15 minutes, offering to show me the apartment within the hour. We met at noon, and he patiently showed me what was yet another fairly bleak apartment. Levi gave me space and time to view the place room by room, answering all my questions patiently and straightforwardly while not pushing to sell the apartment as anything other than...

Renting with Levi was a great experience! The apartment looked even better than the photos and from the first message I sent, the communication was quick and responsive. There were also no surprise fees or payments, which I’ve experienced in the past. The whole process was quick and easy and I would absolutely recommend Levi to others!

Levi made the rental process very easy for me. I had to do everything remote, and he was very accommodating in that regard. I would rent from him again.

Levi is an incredibly genuine and helpful broker to work with. After having so many negative experiences with brokers, it was really a breath of fresh air to work with Levi! He was completely honest about all aspects of the apartments and didn’t try to oversell a place. He’s also a really laid back and nice person! He made me feel really comfortable, and I felt like I can trust him.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Levi. We met him at a showing, not intending to work with a realtor. The apartment wasn’t for us, but he was flexible, kind, and extremely likable. He found us exactly what we were looking for with excellent communication at all times. He worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We will definitely use him again if we ever move!
