There is the NYC realtor standard...and then there's the Lucy Wu standard. Lucy shepherded us through securing a rental apartment recently and we were shocked by the level of service (because New York). She gave us background on the building, was candid about the pros / cons and generally provided guidance at every step. She was accessible, communicative, and an active problem solver. Her diligence and generosity throughout this process elevate her significantly above her peers. Our very discerning young daughter loved her, too, which is testament to her character. We’ve lived in NYC for ~20 years and have had all manner of experiences with realtors / brokers. I only wish I had found her 20 years ago!

I do want to thank you for all that you did for my Niece, Sister and I through the real estate process. It has taken me a few month to recover from the closing.I've talked to many people out here in New Mexico and others in Phoenix and they have all told me NY is the exception when it comes to a smooth ride in a real estate transaction, most never made it through the transaction.
