Margot went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for during my purchase. I was extremely busy at work during my purchase and she assisted with items that were in no way her responsibility which helped me immensely! She met me in Loudoun County several times, last minute to view properties without hesitation even though it was an hour away for her.There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Margot helping me with my purchase. Above and beyond expectations does not even come close to what I received! In addition to the incredible level of attention I received during prior to close, shortly after my purchase I had a furnace failure and Margot helped me fight with the home warranty company after they tried to deny the claim. So far  beyond an agent's responsibility after the sale closed. She has already started in helping me prepare to sell a house also.
