I wanted thank Mark for his excellent work on selling my property in Kensington, MD. Although he provided this service back in 2022 (February), I failed to post a review at that time. I dealt with Mark Hudson, who shepherded me through my house sale from placing on the market through to sale. Mark was supremely helpful in so many ways. As a Realtor, he offered valuable advice amidst offers (including a couple of withdrawals - altogether the fault of foundation issues with the house and not Mark's work). Mr. Hudson did a lot of physical work setting the staging, including dragging items into the house that made the setting more amenable to sale. His advice about staging (including colour recs, furniture placement [and removal]) was invaluable. On a couple of occasions (e.g. chimney re-lining), Mr. Hudson personally engaged certified contractors on my behalf and arranged inspection, estimate, and performance of duties. Having Mr. Hudson's help with this sort of thing was like having a master contractor. Mr. Hudson's Realtor advice, about the best offer among some made the final sale process almost painless. Selling a house is not easy, Mr. Hudson made it as easy as it possibly could have been in my circumstances.
