Marta helped me sell my father's house. Marta was knowledgeable, responsive and proactive. She did a great job marketing and negotiating on our behalf. Then, she helped make sure the closing was convenient and well organized and all the T's were crossed. On 2014 I met Marta during an open house. I was interested in buying that property and also asked her to represent me as a buyer. She did an amazing job with the dual representation transaction.
