I researched a lot of Charleston Realtors, read plenty of bios and puff pieces but when I read about Meghan, I told Kathy she was the one for us. Not because of experience, sales, listings or top Realtor of the year type honors. Rather, what set her apart was her education and intelligence. I'll go out on a limb and say we could have very well have the best educated and smartest agent in Charleston. We were certain of our decision after our first Zoom.
