Melissa was awesome. She held our hand through the entire process. Explained clearly what was going on and always had workaround or options for all the bumps on the road. She was proactive and extremely engaged. Our home buying experience was interesting as the sellers were a handful to deal with but she worked far more than the should have to make sure we got the home we wanted.
