I am not someone that typically offers reviews and I only do so in the most exceptional cases. Natalie represented us as sellers for our Jersey City NJ condo unit most recently as early 2022. It was a unit that we had wanted to sell over the years but never quite pulled the trigger till our current renter moved out. From our first conversation, it was very obvious that Natalie was intimately familiar with the nuances of Jersey City property. But what really set her apart was that she has a great sense of the buyer's frame of mind. Natalie did all of the heavy lifting for us and we often emailed to get status on items. When we needed to, she made herself readily available for a phone conversation. Because of this, she was never more than an email/phone chat away which I appreciated given that we don't live in the area anymore.
