My wife inherited her father''s condominium, which we wanted to sell. The apartment had not been updated in decades and we were prepared to take what we could get as it was a difficult time in NY, early in the pandemic. We met with Richard and he suggested doing a cost-effective renovation which he said would increase the value and also make the apartment sell faster. Richard brought us some bids and we were surprised at what could be accomplished at a reasonable cost. We decided to proceed, and the results exceeded our expectations! In the spring of 2023, I was trying to decide how to sell my fathers apartment, which had been vacant and seldom used for many years.
