Phil is incredible and made the impossible happen. We had a very difficult sale with a lot of restrictions, and our place was on the market for six months. We switched to Phil and in less than 6 weeks we were in . He is very knowledgeable about the market and a go-getter. He quickly found a buyer by reaching out to multiple sources. He stuck with us through thick and thin. Despite several complications with the board, Phil consistently remained upbeat, focused, and full of ideas. Phil has gone above and beyond.
