Robin was wonderful in making sure I was able to sell my townhouse and that I find the right house to buy. She also went the extra mile to make sure everything was kept on track even with bumps in the road. Robin was a life-saver when my husband and I had to suddenly sell an inherited house, in the middle of a pandemic winter, from out-of-state. With her long-established relationships with local contractors, Robin was able to get the house ready for market in a very short time, taking that burden off of us. Robin handled all of the nut-and-bolts tasks necessary to present the house at its best. She arranged for a contractor to make minor repairs, including touch-up painting; a cleaning service to deep clean every surface; a carpet and upholstery cleaning service; had the windows washed (made a huge difference!); and hired the stager and photographer whose work was invaluable in marketing the house. Rather than just discuss what needed to be done over the phone, Robin personally met the many contractors at the house, making sure that they understood exactly what was needed. Robin was amazing! She’s very experienced and competent, and represents “your” interests throughout the entire process - nothing slips by her. She was always available. We moved out, gave her the keys, and she did the rest. Robin gave us fantastic advice related to getting our home ready to sell, understanding that certain updates were worth putting money into and others were not. We trusted and listened to her, worked with professionals she recommended to us, who all offered us fair pricing for the work needed. In the end, our home was sold in less than 48 hours after it became an open listing and we were offered a higher price than the original listing. The entire time I was selling my home I was out of state. Robin went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly. She personally met with contractors, painters, and others while I was away. Robin provided her professional advise on what needed to be updated with my home so that I would make the most money for my investment and I did! Robin was absolutely amazing! She impressed me right from the start. I knew after we met that I wanted her to be my agent. She was professional yet personal and easy to talk to. She coached me through every step of the process from start to finish, including repairs and staging.My house went under contact after 1 day on the market with multiple offers! Robin presented each offer to me with a comparative analysis. They were all good offers but I was still conflicted. She contacted the other agent right on the spot and negotiated an even better deal. Selling your home is stressful. You are going to appreciate having someone you can blindly trust. Robin made it easy and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Majority of my dealings were with Robin (Barbara was present during home inspection of condo only). This entire transaction happened in roughly 2 months, record breaking in terms of what was accomplished. Robin provided good advice on cleaning out the house, staging, arranging for photographer, and marketing the property. This resulted in a primary and backup contract in about 24 hours and the house only being shown from ~ noon Friday until 5 pm Monday, keeping disruption to a minimum. Major snafu with my belongings but that issue was with UBox and not Robin. Throughout, Robin was available with advice and answers to my many emails and calls as the process sped to conclusion. Her professionalism, good humor and certitude went a long way in easing any anxiety and trepidation I had as the stress took its toll. I would highly recommend Robin for a first-time buyer/seller or a repeat flipper.

Robin is the absolute best. She helped us develop a strategy to sell our home and she made everything happen according to our plan.
