Russelle Arciaga helped us find the house and we fell in love with it. He did not waste time making an appointment to view the home and submit a strong offer. Everything went smoothly and we were able to close with no issues. Russelle is a great guy all around. Russelle Arciaga is a close friend of ours. Russelle helped my wife and I purchase our first home so when we decided to sell and find a larger place we didn't plan on working with anyone other than him. Russelle is knowledgeable, thoughtful, easy to work with, and always available to answer questions. He seems to know the entire bay and is always aware when a house is about to go on the market, i cant count how many houses we were able to walk through long before official open houses and he was always available on our schedule to walk us through. Mr. Arciaga took the time to get to know specifically what I wanted in my house. He showed me some options in different areas and even had 'Plan B's' set up when one property was not to my liking. He took the time to consider that I have a really big family and that certain properties would cater to that. He was great! Mr. Arciaga handled everything so professionally and he understood that this was my first time purchasing a home and was very patient with me! Mr. Russelle Arciaga is a practical and approachable agent. With us being veterans, we didn't have to put a down payment to buy our frist house, it's hard to find an agent who would help. We once asked another agent and see if they could help, but once they found out we were veterans, they didn't even answer us anymore. Mr. Arciaga was really great in responding, and reassured us that WE can do it together. He asked us what we're looking for, and he showed us homes we were interested in and more!
