Helped me rent a home. Sarah was absolutely invaluable in our search for a townhouse. Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Herndon, VA. Sarah was recommended by a mutual friend. From our first meeting, she said and did all the right things to make me feel comfortable in selecting her as the right individual to sell my home. She did her homework on my house and neighborhood prior to the initial meeting. I selected her, in part, because she was understanding and accepting of my schedule, limitations, and preferences. I retired and a week later moved halfway across the country. AFTER my departure, Sarah arranged for a painter and professional house cleaner.
