He listens to what's important to you, makes sound suggestions based on your circumstances and goals, and has great instincts for attracting potential buyers. He's delightful as a person and has the highest integrity in an industry where that can be lacking.

Scott handled both the sale of our existing condominium and the purchase of our new condominium. This was a very complicated transaction: our complicated needs, complicated financing, and work required to prepare the existing condominium for sale. Scott was absolutely terrific in all aspects of the process, working very intensively to make it as smooth for us as possible. Under current San Francisco market conditions, a successful purchase offer needs to be free of contingencies and set to close quickly. So it seemed we would first have to sell the existing condo, move into a temporary residence, and then make offers to purchase. Scott arranged a much better alternative. We first bought the new condo, financed by a combination of our cash, a large first mortgage on the new condo, and a bridge loan on the old condo. We moved, then put the old condo up for sale, and paid off the two loans from the proceeds of the sale. Scott was terrific in our search for the new condo. One of us has asthma that makes it infeasible to cool our condo by simply opening the windows.
