Simi is absolutely amazing! She’s goes above and beyond. We had a tight timeline to find a new apartment and move out, and our budget was on the smaller side so we were really worried we wouldn’t find anything, but Simi was amazing at finding us listing and showings. She was there for us every step of the way and made us feel so comfortable. In the end we found a great place in a safe neighborhood and within our budget. We moved to Brooklyn from out of state, so it was easy to get overwhelmed by the competitive market, but Simi was completely transparent with us and gave great advice for first time renters.
