As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions. Suhl showed extraordinary patience and thoroughness in answering all those questions. She has excellent knowledge of the different San Francisco neighborhoods. I am also happy with the referrals she provided to competent and trustworthy partners (lenders, inspectors, etc.) needed to complete the home purchase process.

Suhl came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we knew straight away that we’d made a great decision to work with her.  An excellent  communicator, Suhl does what she says she’s going to do in a timely manner. For example, she not only provided contacts to help us get the house ready for showing, but worked closely with them to ensure the work was done to a high standard and on time.  We hit the market just before the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, but Suhl managed the situation calmly and professionally.  Her analysis of the market and her appraisal were spot on, and we received multiple offers, which was quite remarkable given the unprecedented times.   During the closing period, she advised us well when we needed some extra time and as always, she kept all parties informed in a calm and reassuring way.  There’s no doubt that along with many aspects of our lives, the real estate market is going to be challenging in the weeks and months to come, so with that in mind we would highly recommend Suhl to anyone considering buying or selling property in San Francisco.

Suhl Chin handled the sale of our home with a combination of business acumen and social skills that made the sale possible. She made the necessary appointments with various vendors to get the house ready to be put on the market and then kept us apprised of every step of the sale process. She managed to keep things moving along -- working with the buyer's agent and finally closing the deal. And all this in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, just before everything shut down!
