I just saw a review of Taryn yesterday on this site and feel terrible that I have not written this sooner. Taryn was my realtor when I first purchased my apt at One Park in Cliffside park. Taryn was the best realtor I have ever worked with. She got me the unit for under asking price and then several years later after marrying and having children she sold my unit for above asking and got me into my current home for below asking price. If you need a realtor to advocate on your behalf, look no further, she is the absolute best. She is universally liked by everyone we came in contact with, both buyers and sellers as well as there other agents. I don't believe one word of the negative "reviews" on here, jealousy is a terrible thing. Thank you for all your hard work and time Taryn! We really appreciated how easy you made this on us.

Taryn Byron was my realtor responsible for getting me my apartment at one park. I have never worked with an agent that had such knowledge of the property. I don’t even remember how many units I saw. She was patient with me (which isn’t easy) and took the time to get me the best deal possible. I will never look for another realtor again! She is my agent for all my future real estate transactions! If I could give more stars I would.

I had been looking for a condo for over a year with 2 other brokers before meeting Taryn. As soon as I started working with her I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. The process was effortless and I felt that she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what my constraints were with my purchase. Taryn never tried to "sell" me on a condo just to push a sale. She was so patient with me as I changed my mind many times, put my search on hold and even moved out of the country for a few months! Once I was in contract, her efforts did not stop there. She continued to check in with me and make sure the process was running smoothly while also recommending local painters, movers, plumbers etc.. I am so happy to have worked with her and cannot recommend Taryn enough!
