“Tim Could Call Me Today” was my mantra for over one year as Tim Mira diligently searched for the “Right” home for my husband and me on the magical Garden Island of Kauai. When we needed to sell my mom's condo after she moved into assisted living, we called Tim. We've known him for many years but never worked with him as a realtor. Once we made the decision to sell our condo in Poipu and purchase a home instead, I immediately called Tim and his team. They were faced with a pretty big task of having our condo in contract with escrow opened in 10 days. If this time frame were not hit we would not be able to purchase the home that we found. Not only did they willingly accept the challenge but they provided immediate results. We were able to sell the condo and purchase our new home on the island. Purchasing on the island while living on the mainland is not a simple task. Tim was extremely helpful in finding us our vacation home on Kauai. The thought of buying a Hawaiian home while being on the mainland seemed daunting, if not impossible. Back in late 2016, we acquired property in Kalaheo.  Tim worked hard...and creatively...to help us find that tract and handled the acquisition paperwork in an expeditious manner.  And became a friend in the process. Unfortunately, circumstances were such that in 2018 we needed to sell that property.  Naturally, we contacted Tim. Since we were then operating at a considerable distance (from the mainland), we don't know what steps were taken to market the property.  What we do know is that rather quickly a prospective purchaser appeared and made an offer.  Tim handled the subsequent communications between us and, in short order, the sale had been successfully completed. In early 2019, Tim followed up with information about a tax form that would be needed for our tax return.  While the particular form had been included in closing materials from the escrow company, it had not been mentioned in such a way that it registered on us that it would be needed.  It was very helpful that Tim took time to make us aware that we would be needing it.  Very professional touch. So...we no longer own property on Kauai.  But we do still have friends in the Miras there. Bob and Becky G...

When our daughter sold her home a few years ago, she used Tim Mira as her realtor. He was knowledgeable, honest, provided useful suggestions, always available for questions and concerns, and was respectful when showing the property.
