Yolanda is, hands down, a fabulous real estate agent. She’s extremely experienced in the DC area and knows the condo market! We spent over a half hour on a hot August Sunday walking through the unit as she cheerfully explained its high points and the fabulous amenities of The Colonnade. I spent almost two hours with Yolanda, and I was sold. She assisted me in contacting a very reliable mortgage resource, and by Wednesday morning, I had made all financial applications. At no time was Yolanda unable to be contacted, even when she herself went on vacation. After interviewing several real estate professionals, I chose Yolanda to represent an estate in the sale of both cabana #20 and apartment #1013. She was selected because she saw more value in the apartment than that expressed by the other agents. You were an excellent negotiator - again, you did market surveys to determine a fair price for the house. You had data to persuade the seller to sell under what they wanted. All in all, you were extremely responsive, resourceful and creative, and it was great working with you.

I have known Yolanda since 1979 when I hired her as a brand new real estate agent in Washington, DC. From the beginning of her career Yolanda showed an instinct for knowing the needs of her sellers and buyers.
